Shipping Policy – LOOP & PALS
At LOOP & PALS, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible across the UAE and GCC.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
UAE:
- Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–3 business days
- Other Emirates (RAK, Fujairah, UAQ, Al Ain): 2–4 business days
GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman):
- 4–7 business days
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE. No additional shipping charges apply at checkout. Shipping charges for GCC orders will be calculated at checkout based on destination.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the UAE.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp to track your delivery in real time.
